Looks pretty funny. I corn-rowed the head, and the two rows right on the left are HUGE, and there's barely anything left to braid on the right. I think the hair distribution is hilarious.
I should've expected that this toy is intended for very little kids, and therefore won't be of impressive quality, but. In reality, there's a TON of hair right around that split, and almost nothing on the other side. I got this doll for myself (24) because I wanted hair to play with, and didn't want to go all out and buy a real styling head.
Also, the bundles of hair where it comes out of the head are too far apart, and the moment you break the crisscrossing on the left, you start seeing plastic. I should've expected that. its hair is lopsided.
As you can see in the picture, it is split on the side, and carefully crisscrossed at the split so you won't see the plastic underneath, and would think the hair is actually that thick.
